【アラン・シャヴィー】
ピュリニーでもコストパフォーマンスの高さで定評があったジェラール・シャヴィー。2002年の引退に伴って、彼の2人の息子（ジャンとアラン）が畑を半分ずつ分割相続して、2つのドメーヌが誕生した。
これは弟、アラン・シャヴィーのワイン。兄ジャンが一時は会計士を目指し勉強していたのに対して、弟アランは幼少の頃から父親と一緒に畑に出て、ワイン造り一筋の人物。兄ジャンのワインよりヴォリューム感ある仕上がりとなっている。早い時期からも楽しめ長期熟成も期待できる逸品。畑はリュット・レゾネで栽培し除草剤は一切使用しない。収穫は全て手摘みで行う。
【サン・トーバン・アン・レミー】
サン・トーバンを代表するプルミエ・クリュの一つ。アン・レミーの畑はモンラッシェの延長線上にあり、東側はシャサーニュに隣接しており、一部はシャサーニュのプルミエ・クリュとなる。ミネラル豊かで酸と果実味のバランスが素晴らしい。ピュリニーやシャサーニュに匹敵するクオリティー。お値打ちの1本。白／1級畑

The 2015 St Aubin 1er Cru en Remilly was tightly wound on the nose when I tasted it from vat, only reluctantly revealing cold limestone, dewy pasture-like scents. The palate is crisp and taut on the entry with a superb line of acidity that lends this En Remilly focus and tension. Great energy here and likewise the mineralité hits the bullseye. Persistent in the mouth, this is a great little Saint-Aubin from Alain Chavy. (Wine Advocate #228 Dec 2016）
